Refund Policy

The Light of Our Being does its best to provide quality services and merchandise but acknowledges errors and unexpected events do happen.

  1. Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 20 days of purchase date. There will be no refunds after 20 calendar days from the purchase date. Broken or defective merchandise must be shipped back to The Light of Our Being at the purchaser’s expense.
  2. Consultation services require advanced payment. No refunds will be given once the consultant begins the service purchased, or if the purchaser changes their mind, or if the purchaser is dissatisfied with the service. The Light of Our Being takes great care to uphold high ethical standards when consulting with a client, and assures recorded consultations are audible and tested before shipping. Recordings of the consultations and the quality of the recordings are not guaranteed once shipped. User takes responsibility for shipping, handling, and use of the recorded consultation media (CD, cassette tape, flash drive). Consultation recordings are deleted from all recording devices 7 days after shipping. This will enable a duplicate to be sent if the recording is damaged during shipping. After the 7th day, no duplications are possible. Client assumes shipping cost of duplicate recording.
  3. Metaphysics classes, seminars, events, and related materials can be purchased on the Websites. Most classes and seminars are purposely kept small to maximize interaction of participants. No refunds will be given within 3 days of the event. No refunds will be given for class and seminar related materials. In the case where a class has to be rescheduled, if desired, full refunds will be given within 3 days of the rescheduled event for the funds can be applied to another event. No refunds will be issued after the 3 day deadline.

Acknowledgment

The Terms of Use, including all documents referenced herein represents the entire understanding between User and The Light of Our Being regarding User's relationship with The Light of Our Being supersedes any prior statements or representations.
